Important Notification

Please be advised that effective from the start of April, Curtis Holt Limited, C A Clemson and Sons Limited, and Finnie & Co Limited will trade under one singular entity, “Toolbank Limited” (“Toolbank”). You will be familiar with Toolbank, as the three Companies have all traded under the Toolbank umbrella for many years. This change will make no difference as to how we operate but will enable us to simplify the Toolbank company structure. By doing so, we feel that, in addition to any internal advantages, it will be beneficial to many of our supportive customers and suppliers.

Please be assured that our commitment to our customers and partners remains our highest priority and that the change detailed above will not affect or delay any current or future orders, nor will it change the terms of our trading relationship. This letter is intended to provide you with advanced notice that, from the start of April, all invoices and statements will come from Toolbank Limited.

Please note that, if you trade with either Clemson and Sons Limited or Finnie & Co Limited then, in addition to the name change, we will also be changing banks at the same time as the switch to Toolbank Limited. As a result, if you currently make payments to either of these two companies, we would be very grateful if you could arrange for any payments we receive after the end of March to be paid into the new account. We will be writing to you shortly with the new bank details which will be shown on our March statement and April invoices and confirmed on the Toolbank B2B website (if you have access to it).

NB If you are currently being supplied by a Curtis Holt Ltd branch, whilst the company name will be changed to Toolbank Limited, the bank account details will remain the same and there is no need for you to make any change to the payment details. The only difference will be that our invoices will be in the name of Toolbank limited and will show the new company and VAT registration numbers.

We are very aware that, if you are being requested to make a change, you may require further confirmation before making any changes to payment details. If, following receipt of the new bank account details, you do have any questions regarding the content of this letter or require further confirmation, please do contact your local Toolbank branch or representative.
